New Year, New Life

Probably one of my favorite pictures I've ever taken

I love the feeling of new beginnings. I think a lot of people do. It's nice to look back and think about how much has happened through out this year. Adrian was born, Adelle started pre-school, Brett switched positions, all of the sewing projects, play dates, and friends made. It makes me excited about this coming year. We're making some big decisions over here. I'll be going back to work at least part time. I'm so excited to get back to doing hair. I'm in the interview process currently and waiting to hear back is killing me, but the prospect of joining the work force again is exciting! It's been almost 2 years.

I hope you're not thinking that this means goodbye because it definitely does not! I could never betray my first (art) love of sewing. I will however be closing the Willow Would store since, I'll admit it...nothing has sold. Which is fine but I don't want a bunch of random stuff sitting in my house taking up room.

I'm working on some new campaigns, project lists, and adventures. I hope you have a list running for what you want to accomplish this year, Don't let this year pass with those pinterest boards filled with ideas but never exercising one of them!
